    Richard Meyrick Guitars. Fine handmade guitars built in Wales. I specialise in custom, bespoke acoustic guitars that are unique and beautiful visually and tonally. I use only the finest tonewoods and source them sustainably and ethically. Where I can I use native and reclaimed tonewoods and if possible woods local to me in South Wales. Guitars vary in size, shape volume and tone and I can help a customer transfer the instrument they have in their heads to an instrument that will last generations. I also offer a full repair, setup, refret and customising service on all fretted instruments (and some without frets)

He is a Luthier that takes astonishing pride in his work His attention to detail is astounding. Richard has abilities beyond his years that fascinate me each time I make my weekly visit to his workshop.
